A business and technology transformation leader, across digital platforms, technology businesses, and media channels with COO, CIO and CCO experience. Damien brings a blend of business and technical expertise together with solid leadership skills to drive change, build capabilities and launch or scale businesses at operational and strategic levels. He has grown and managed many business ventures from concept/start-up to global operations, driving revenues of hundreds of millions.
Working with companies and organisations to assess their direction, objectives, and strategies; Damien provides clear strategic thinking and constructive challenge, commercial, technology, and operational leadership to ventures; combined with international experience in developing profitable operations across many business sectors.
An inspiring leader, Damien has been successful due to his ability to lead, inspire and coach large and small teams of people in start-up, scale-up and corporates; from technical, non-technical and diverse cultural backgrounds, focused on critical deliverables. Damien is very personable, he listens, is transparent, and straightforward.
